Drive Loyalty and Marketing Automation
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing Loyalty and Marketing Automation platforms for LATAM markets. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile methodology and sprint management.
Key Responsibilities
* Owning and prioritizing the product backlog for Loyalty and Marketing Automation initiatives is crucial to success.
* The Product Owner will write clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, maintaining documentation in Confluence.
* Collaboration with global and local teams is essential to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
* Ensuring integration with the Single Customer View (SCV) and adhering to data governance best practices is vital.
* Facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring timely, value-driven delivery is key to this role.
Requirements
* 5–8 years' experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar in marketing tech or CRM is required.
* A strong grasp of Agile methodology and sprint management is essential.
* Familiarity with MarTech tools – CDPs, loyalty/promo engines, and automation platforms is necessary.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish or Portuguese are required.
* Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) is a plus.
