Business Operations Specialist
Overview:
We are seeking an analytical professional to join our team as a Business Operations Analyst/Project Manager. As part of the Content Design team, you will drive efficiency and deliver strategic initiatives that enable the business to operate at its best.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project & Strategic Support:
o Coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives and monitor progress against milestones.
o Assist with planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
* Data Analysis & Insights:
o Collect and analyze information to identify business trends and provide actionable recommendations.
* Process Optimization:
o Review workflows and identify bottlenecks to enhance efficiency and scalability.
* Reporting & Dashboards:
o Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track KPIs and deliver insights that inform decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
