Start your journey with Excis and grow with usProvide Comprehensive Hardware and Software Support: You will be responsible for imaging and installing software on Windows and Apple devices, performing installations, moves, additions, and changes (IMAC), and providing remote support. This includes troubleshooting post-deployment issues across various platforms, performing printer break-fix repairs, managing hardware refreshes, and coordinating warranty and out-of-warranty repairs and replacements.Manage IT Assets and Inventory: You will handle the complete lifecycle of IT equipment, including asset tagging new equipment, managing disposal and redeployment, reclaiming assets, and maintaining spare parts. A key responsibility is providing weekly reports on physical inventory counts and hardware outflows, ensuring all asset information is accurately updated in the management system.Deliver Direct User Support and Coordination: You will provide direct walk-up support to employees, including executive (VIP) support, and assist with Audio/Video equipment and health checks. You will also open, assign, track, and close service requests, collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new hires, and coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for dispatch and repair services.RequirementsExperience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience is required, with 3-5 years preferred in an IT support role. This should include technical training and experience supporting both Windows and Macintosh platforms.Technical Skills: Proficiency in imaging Windows 10 OS, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and supporting Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with basic network concepts (TCP/IP, Ethernet) and experience with networked printers (queue creation, server maintenance) is also required.Certifications & Knowledge: Possession of MCP and/or A+ Certifications is highly preferred.Transportation: You must have your own car for transportation (with mileage reimbursed) and a valid driver's license, as the job requires travel between offices.Soft Skills & Physical Ability: Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
