Salesforce Health Cloud Expert

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in a challenging role that combines business acumen, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare workflows and patient engagement processes, as well as hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce Health Cloud, providing functional and technical support.
\
2. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce capabilities to improve healthcare operations and outcomes.
\
3. Translate business needs into user stories, system requirements, and functional specifications.
\
4. Configure Salesforce Health Cloud components including Care Plans, Patient Timelines, Provider Networks, and custom workflows.
\
5. Collaborate with Salesforce developers and administrators to design, test, and implement solutions.
\
6. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support clinical and business decision-making.
\
7. Ensure data integrity and compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA.
\
8. Provide training and documentation for end users and stakeholders.

Requirements:
\
\
9. 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role.
\
10. 1+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
\
11. Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and patient engagement processes.
\
12. Ability to gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
\
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on user experience.
\
14. 3-5 years of SQL experience for extracting, transforming, and analyzing patient and operational data.
\
15. Strong communication and storytelling skills to convey data findings in a patient-centered, outcome-oriented context.
\
16. Familiarity with healthcare data structures such as claims data (LAAD, Optum, etc.), pharmacy data, and outreach data (Salesforce).
\
17. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) to create clear, accessible dashboards and reports.
\
18. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including patient advocates, digital health product managers, patient services managers.
\
19. Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for ad hoc analyses and quick-turn reporting.
