Key Responsibilities:
Work with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and implement data-driven solutions utilizing Power BI, Databricks, Azure, SQL, and Python.
Develop and maintain high-quality test plans, test cases, and defect tickets to ensure timely delivery of software releases.
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and client success staff to provide technical expertise and support for testing initiatives.
Improve the QA tooling and continuous testing within our CI/CD framework.
Utilize business acumen to understand customer needs and develop innovative solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
