This includes the application and communication of health, safety, and hazardous material standards, procedures, and practices consistent with TE, environmental, and government regulations.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and participate in the implementation of health and safety policies (SST);Conduct audits, monitor, and evaluate areas;Identify variables related to disease control, accidents, quality of life, and the environment;Develop educational actions in health and safety at work;Participate in inspections and audits, and integrate negotiation processes;Assist in adopting new technologies and work processes;Manage SST documentation; investigate and analyze accidents, and recommend preventive and control measures;Inspect locations, facilities, and equipment to determine risk factors for accidents;Train employees on safety standards, fire prevention, and other accident prevention measures.Skills and QualificationsComplete Technical Degree in Safety at Work;Proficient in MS Office Suite;Previous experience as a safety technician in an industrial setting;Knowledge of safety standards and regulations;Good interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities;Availability to work onsite in Bragança Paulista - SP.About the companyTE Connectivity has a global workforce of 80,000 employees, including more than 7,500 engineers.NoticeTalentify is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
