About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced professional with expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sound design, color correction, and motion graphics/animations.
Responsibilities:
Edit audio and video for various formats including podcast episodes, YouTube videos, advertisements, and branded content
Ensure audio clarity, correct sync issues, and enhance sound quality using techniques like noise reduction and EQ
Add intro/outro music, sound effects, and transitions for a polished final product
Select impactful moments from episodes to create shorter clips for social media platforms
Tailor clips for specific platform requirements and audience engagement
Add dynamic motion graphics, lower thirds, captions, and animations to enhance viewer experience
Create and integrate title cards, branding elements, and background visuals in alignment with the podcast's visual identity
Work closely with hosts, producers, and social media managers to align on styles, themes, key messages, and desired tone
