Design Visionary
We seek a Design Visionary to drive creative excellence across multiple formats and platforms. This role is ideal for a talented individual with strong design fundamentals, storytelling skills, and the ability to bring visuals to life through motion.
About the Role
* Create high-quality social media content, digital graphics, presentations, and branded visual systems that captivate audiences.
* Develop motion graphics and animated elements, including transitions, text animations, graphics packages, and lightweight video edits for short-form content.
* Apply brand guidelines consistently while fostering innovation and creativity.
* Utilize AI and modern creative tools to streamline ideation, design variations, motion workflows, and content exploration.
* Collaborate with creative leads and project managers to clarify briefs, address feedback, and ensure timely delivery.
* Maintain organized files and adhere to a high standard of craftsmanship in both motion and static work.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Motion Designer, or hybrid creative professional.
* A strong portfolio showcasing brand design, social content, motion graphics, and layout expertise.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and working knowledge of Figma and presentation design tools.
* Familiarity with visual hierarchy, typography, color systems, and brand identity.
* Ability to animate and design for modern platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, paid social, etc).
* Knowledge of AI or automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Runway, Midjourney).
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and evolving briefs.
* A collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to receive and act on feedback.
* Effective communication in English, with the ability to explain design decisions and collaborate effectively with both creatives and project managers.
