**Job Description**:
The Exploration Geologist under supervision of a Team Leader will work on Regional seismic interpretation with the objective to produce a comprehensive Regional Basin Analysis.
This Analysis will be generated by integrating 2D and 3D seismic interpretation, well data analysis and potential methods mapping.
He/She should conduct G&G projects including the carrying out of seismic interpretation, petroleum system and prospect evaluations, structural understanding, risk assessments, in order to develop those into business opportunities for Earth Data.
The geologist should build/deliver/present technical presentation material to Governments, partners, potential clients and at international conferences to support business development and marketing efforts.
**Qualifications**:
**Key Skills and Competencies**
- Master/PhD degree in Geology is a plus
- Communicate effectively across multiple business lines and a variety of external stakeholders (partners, governments, clients)
- Analytical approach to problem solving
- Good understanding of seismic imaging and geology
- Innovative mindset
- Fluent written and oral communications skills in English and Portuguese, Intermediary Spanish is a plus.
