The Commercial Carrier Manager in Brazil plays a crucial role in exceeding customer expectations during transportation. This multi-faceted position requires balancing tactical activities with strategic planning for transportation execution with 3P carriers. The role manages operations impacting quality (DEA), speed (GVS), cost (CPP), and losses (DNR and Shrinkage).
