In this individual contributor role, you will ensure the smooth running of infrastructure, network systems, security, and PC operation across all Dystar Brazil offices, including Sao Paulo and Apiuna.
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage and monitor all IT infrastructure and system installations, including configurations, testing, and maintenance to ensure efficient operation.
* IT Help Desk all levels all sites – all software & hardware
* IT Infrastructure
* Valuation and tests hardware and software
* Purchase IT equipment
* Selection, valuation and administration IT providers
* Backup data protection
* IT Security and antivirus administration
* Communications (telephone, mobile, network, internet access)
* Application server manager
* Windows user administration
* Other IT tasks/projects assigned by Global IT Group
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Education:
* College degree in IT/Engineering or successful completion of IT Technical degree/certification
Experience:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in IT
* Minimum 2 years of Wintel administration experience.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in supporting Microsoft Office365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
* Minimum 2 years of experience in supporting office network and IT infrastructure such as firewall, switches, Wi-Fi, etc.
* Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus

* Must be able to communicate in English with the Americas Regional Headquarters in the United States and with the Global Headquarters in Singapore- Advanced to Fluent in writing and speaking.
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently
Physical Requirements:
* Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
* Must be able to lift up to 15 - 20 pounds at times.
* May be required to work on-call or long hours in case of network malfunction.
This is an on-site role in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and not open for hybrid or remote work.
