Assist in planning, overseeing, and directing mechanical projects and appurtenances for construction.Monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.Technical Review & ComplianceReview and analyze project documents (estimates, design drawings, specifications, and contracts).Complete and manage RFIs, change orders, submittals, and other project documentation.Facilitate technical decisions aligned with project needs and company standards.Health, Safety & Quality AssuranceEnsure compliance with health and safety standards and report any issues.Monitor construction materials (traditional and innovative), ensuring quality and compliance with building and fire codes.QualificationsStrong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.Familiarity with building codes, fire codes, and other regulatory standards.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and construction/project management software.Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.A team player with leadership skills, capable of managing tasks efficiently.Location RequirementMust be willing to be assigned in Biñan, Laguna.Experience: 5 years of experience in construction, particularly in vertical developments (mid-to-high-rise buildings).EducationBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, must be a licensed engineer.
