We're seeking an experienced Founding Product Designer to join our pioneering startup, shaping the core product experience from concept to prototype. As a key member of our founding team, you'll collaborate closely with medical professionals to understand their workflow, pain points, and goals.

1. Work directly with clinicians to uncover their needs and translate them into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
2. Develop design solutions that address abstract or clinical problems, ensuring a seamless experience for both users and stakeholders.
3. Leverage advanced prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Origami, and more to bring your designs to life.
4. Maintain excellent collaboration and communication skills, particularly when working with non-technical stakeholders.
5. Showcase strong ownership mentality, as you'll be the sole designer driving product direction and making informed decisions.
6. Demonstrate a willingness to learn, stretch, and grow into new areas, contributing to the success of our early-stage startup.
