We’re profitable, indie, and small — just 15 people — but we punch above our weight. Our design needs have outgrown our founders, and we’re ready for our first dedicated senior designer. This is a rare chance to own the end-to-end product experience of a game loved by millions. You’ll set design standards, lead UX across web & mobile, and work closely with product, engineering, and community. What You’ll Do: - Lead UI/UX design for all non-gameplay surfaces: menus, leaderboards, payments, onboarding, modals, and more. - Drive UX strategy across both web and mobile clients. - Own the full design lifecycle: research, wireframes, UI, handoff, iteration. - Collaborate tightly with product, devs, and our community to ship weekly updates. - Shape our design systems, accessibility, and visual clarity. - Work with exceptional colleagues on challenging projects What We’re Looking For: - 5 years of product design experience, preferably in games or interactive tools. - Proficiency in Figma and additional design tools. - Ability to thrive without review — your work sets the standard. - Strong balance of UI clarity, UX intuition, and systems thinking. - Experience designing in Figma and shipping to live products with fast cycles. - Ability to leverage data insights to drive design. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
