Senior Scrum Master Role
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scrum Master to lead our Customer Data Ecosystem teams. Responsibilities:
1. Daily Stand-ups & Sprint Planning: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the customer data ecosystem teams.
2. Removal of Obstacles: Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team's progress ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
3. Ambassador of Agile: Coach the team on Agile principles and practices ensuring adherence to Scrum frameworks.
4. Collaboration with Product Owners : Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog ensuring clear communication of requirements.
5. Team Performance Metrics : Track team performance metrics such as velocity burndown, work along with productivity efficiency. Change Management : Drive change management through coaching the team support them on their transformation journey by establishing clear processes challenging them on shifting mindset .
