Responsibilities and Duties Operational management of personnel; Execute HR processes such as hiring and firing; Promote a positive work climate and environment; Staff sizing and adherence to scheduling plans; Train and ensure team compliance with company-provided training; Actively participate in training sessions; Disseminate company knowledge and information to the team (e.g., through morning meetings); Manage stock and cash; Ensure customer satisfaction in your store; Maintain quality in sales, service, and procedure execution; Ensure positive brand image according to the POS map, in collaboration with Visual Merchandising Lead; Ensure correct implementation of store and team procedures; Monitor service quality, assist team in sales conversion; Monitor TME and SMP; Manage customer flow in the sales area; Ensure correct SMP measurement and contingency process execution; Follow Anatel regulations; Implement safety procedures as directed by the company; Handle store administrative processes; Open and close the store and cash register in SAP; Substitute the General Manager during their absence; May be assigned to new tasks related to campaigns, projects, or products.
