Scrum Master Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Product & Engineering environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating all Scrum ceremonies and ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
* The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe.
* Experience working with distributed teams is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure alignment with Agile principles.
2. Support one or two Scrum teams in improving team performance and delivery.
3. Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to implement SAFe practices.
4. Identify and escalate impediments impacting team progress.
5. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
Required Skills & Experience:
* At least 2 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master.
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
* SAFe certification is highly desirable.
Soft Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset.
Additional Requirements:
* Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
* Comfortable collaborating with teams across North America, Europe, and Asia.
