Sales Development Specialist
As a Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a disciplined sales approach to drive revenue growth and achieve monthly/quarterly targets;
* Lead Generation: Create and execute lead generation strategies, leveraging cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to connect with potential clients;
* Sales Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine sales strategies aligned with business objectives;
* Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts;
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze sales performance metrics and customer data to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales processes.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in Business-to-Business sales or a related field;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively;
* Familiarity with industry-standard sales frameworks and methodologies;
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
* A high level of emotional intelligence and adaptability, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
