Search Systems Developer
* This is a full-time contract position for 10 months with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities:
* The ideal candidate will design and develop scalable search systems using OpenSearch.
* They will implement AI/LLM workflows using LangChain to build large-scale retrieval-augmented generation models.
* The successful candidate will develop and optimize RAG models for search across medical and scientific documents.
* Collaboration with the DevOps team is required for production rollout.
Requirements:
* The candidate must have at least one year of experience as a Search Engineer or AI Engineer.
* Strong Python development skills, including API creation, model training, testing, and backend programming are essential.
* Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and text-based RAG architectures is required.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with LangChain and LLM workflows is an advantage.
* Knowledge of semantic chunking strategies and automated evaluation pipelines is desirable.
