We’re seeking a technical sales professional with strong negotiation skills, a proactive and communicative approach, and a hands‑on mentality. The primary challenge will be to deepen relationships with clients in your portfolio, fostering new business generation, maintaining and expanding commercial opportunities. You will be responsible for serving the Southern region of Brazil while ensuring the execution of the company strategies.
Responsibilities
Execute sales activities, follow up orders, prepare and issue system budgets.
Track and report progress toward established goals, identify opportunities that can increase competitiveness or maintain results in your service region.
Supervise installations and maintenance activities.
Monitor delinquent accounts, manage projects and agendas via Sales Force and other tools.
Qualifications
Intermediate level in English.
Completed higher education in Engineering or Architecture.
Solid commercial experience.
Valid and active CNH.
Availability for travel within the Southern region.
Intermediate proficiency in Office applications.
Experience in modular construction is a differentiator.
Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP.
