Business Analyst/Tester Position
We are seeking a talented Business Analyst/Tester to join us on our journey. This role involves gathering and documenting business requirements for Salesforce implementations, analyzing and optimizing business processes using Salesforce functionalities, designing, configuring, and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales cloud, Quote, Order and Contract Management Testing, as well as experience with business case writing, wireframing, and flow diagrams. Additionally, the candidate should possess basic programming/scripting skills (Apex, SOQL) and strong analytical thinking & problem-solving abilities.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Gather and document business requirements for Salesforce implementations
* Analyze and optimize business processes using Salesforce functionalities
* Design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals
* Prepare technical reports, dashboards, and visualizations by collecting and analyzing business data and CRM trends
* Conduct user acceptance testing, prepare training materials, and facilitate learning sessions for end-users
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are fully understood and solutions deliver maximum value
* Requirements:
