About This Role:
This position entails managing and expanding existing client relationships, as well as identifying new business opportunities within these accounts.
* Client Management:
o Develop and implement account strategies to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction goals.
o Nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing client accounts.
o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
o Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
o Regularly review accounts and provide insightful business analysis to clients.
* Sales and Revenue Growth:
o Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
o Drive client retention, renewal rates, upsells, and cross-sells.
o Effectively negotiate and close deals.
o Oversee the entire sales process from lead qualification to contract negotiation and client onboarding.
o Contribute to the development of sales strategies and best practices.
o Collect market intelligence and share insights with the sales team.
