Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst to collaborate closely with IT and stakeholders to design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals.
The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales cloud, Quote, Order and Contract Management, as well as business case writing, wireframing, and flow diagrams.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Map and analyze business processes and identify areas of improvement.
o Develop solutions to improve business processes.
o Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to design and implement Salesforce solutions.
o Prepare technical reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
o Conduct user acceptance testing and train end-users.
o Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
o Continuously improve solutions and processes.
Requirements
* Business process analysis skills.
* Experience with Salesforce configuration and administration.
* Knowledge of Apex, SOQL programming/scripting.
* Excellent analytical thinking & problem-solving skills.
* Effective oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to gather feedback post-implementation and iterate on Salesforce configurations for ongoing optimization.
