Career Opportunity: Customer Support Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Expert to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.


Key Responsibilities:

* Troubleshoot complex customer requests and provide timely resolutions
* Manage the global support queue and backlog to ensure efficient issue resolution
* Provide proactive, personalized customer experiences


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Minimum 8+ years of customer support experience
* ERP/MIS background preferred
* Print industry knowledge mandatory

Technical Troubleshooting Responsibilities:

* Analyze web applications using Chrome Developer Tools (Inspector)
* Perform API testing and validation using Postman or cURL
* Conduct IIS and SSL diagnostics to resolve issues on Windows Application Servers


Experience Requirements:

* Minimum 8+ years of customer support experience
* ERP/MIS background preferred
* Print industry knowledge mandatory
