Responsibilities include:
1. Performing material and service quotations with follow-up on deliveries and execution of services.
2. Contacting suppliers and analyzing costs and benefits.
3. Capturing suppliers to form a vendor list.
4. Qualifying suppliers based on scope and nature of acquisition.
5. Preparing Invitation Letters/Bidding Notices according to scope.
6. Analyzing and comparing commercial proposals for scope adherence.
7. Participating in technical-commercial alignment meetings.
8. Negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best commercial conditions, respecting procurement policies and compliance standards.
9. Managing demands with urgency and prioritization.
10. Proactively supporting internal clients in project activities aligned with planning.
11. Identifying opportunities, delivering solutions, and facilitating cost reduction within Grupo BEMISA.
Qualifications:
* Higher education in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Law, Accounting, Logistics, or International Relations.
* Experience with supply chain, logistics, negotiation, cost analysis.
* Knowledge in negotiation tables, proposal analysis, cost analysis, intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills, ERP usage, and contract drafting.
