Agile Implementation Specialist
**Job Description**
A key role exists for an Agile Implementation Specialist to contribute to our Product & Engineering environment. This specialist will work closely with distributed teams, supporting one to two Scrum teams and driving the continuous improvement of Agile practices.
The ideal candidate is a professional who can facilitate all Scrum ceremonies while aligning with Agile principles. S/he will also support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team, ensuring seamless collaboration across regions.
**Required Skills & Experience**
A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master, along with strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums), are required. Familiarity with SAFe and certifications in this area are a significant plus. The selected candidate must have proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts. Additionally, s/he should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with adaptability, flexibility, and a proactive attitude.
