As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing scalable applications using .NET in an AWS environment. This is a long-term opportunity to work remotely with a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET in an AWS environment, along with related technologies
* Develop and maintain back-end applications using ASP.NET, Web APIs, etc.
* Integrate third-party services and APIs into internal applications
* Ensure high-quality code by writing automated tests, performing code reviews, and adhering to best practices
Requirements:
* 10+ years of IT experience
* Strong understanding of .NET Core and Web APIs, along with knowledge of AWS
* Proficient in C#, with experience building backend services (.NET framework)
* Hands-on experience in AWS environments (Azure is a plus)
* The ability to support integration and transformation platforms between internal systems and external vendor systems, especially those involving complex business logic
* Azure: Having knowledge in this area would be a bonus
* Understanding of the QSR (fast food) industry: This is also considered a plus
* Good understanding of OAuth and webhooks
* Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Experience of working in an Agile environment
