What You'll Do
1. Process & Strategy Design: Design and optimize the full-lifecycle SOP for merchant onboarding (including KYB/qualification audit, store setup, menu digitization, and hardware debugging). Collaborate deeply with Product teams to digitize and standardize complex workflows. Develop differentiated onboarding strategies based on platform compliance and merchant needs, balancing speed with quality.
2. Team Management & Delivery Excellence: Lead the Onboarding team (Audit, Setup, Device Ops, etc.). Build productivity models and maximize output through scientific scheduling, task distribution, and skill training. Monitor core KPIs (efficiency, volume, quality), identify bottlenecks, and ensure high-quality delivery, including data accuracy and hardware stability.
3. Cost Control & Resource Integration: Identify cost structures within operations. Achieve cost-reduction targets through process integration and product-driven efficiency improvements.
What We Need From You
1. Experience: 5+ years of experience in internet operations or B2B delivery, with at least 2 years of experience managing teams of 30+ people. Proven track record of building process systems from 0 to 1.
2. Domain Knowledge: Experience in merchant operations;
familiar with menu datastructuring, API integration logic, and basic principles of IoT devices (e.G., cloud printers).
3. Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities;
expert at locating inefficiencies through data and driving the implementation of solutions.
4. Stakeholder Management: Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills to drive alignment between Product, R&D, Sales, and Customer Service.
5. Language: Native-level fluency in Mandarin and professional proficiency in English are required.
