About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to fill a Talent Manager position. The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery for non-technical customer-side roles, focusing on sourcing candidates, talent planning, capacity management, and internal supply optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-End Fulfilment: Act as a single point of contact between Internal Delivery and Talent Fulfilment teams, managing multiple client requirements concurrently.
* Talent Pool Assessments: Conduct assessments to identify supply-demand gaps and activate external sourcing channels when internal supply is insufficient.
* Resource Planning: Oversee resource planning and capacity management, collaborating with Delivery Leads to understand project requirements.
* Data Accuracy: Maintain data accuracy and visibility across systems, tracking and reporting fulfillment metrics.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven Track Record: 7-12 years of experience in talent operations or recruitment delivery, with a proven track record in client-side hiring setups and resource management.
* Technical Skills: Working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Google tools, data analysis and reporting skills.
Nice to Have
* Non-Technical Recruitment: Experience in non-technical recruitment delivery, exposure to capacity planning tools or reporting dashboards.
