Senior Web Designer
We are seeking a seasoned web designer to join our team and drive the creation of high-converting, visually stunning websites. As a Senior Web Designer, you will be responsible for owning web projects from idea to execution, collaborating with clients to understand their goals and translating them into compelling web experiences.
About the Role
* You will design and build stand-out websites using Framer, working closely with our internal design team to ensure cohesion across touchpoints.
* You will work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure that your designs align with our overall branding strategy.
* You will stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and share your knowledge with the team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design and develop visually stunning websites that meet the needs of our clients.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and preferences, and translate those into compelling web experiences.
3. Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure that your designs align with our overall branding strategy.
4. Stay on top of design trends and share your knowledge with the team.
Requirements
* 10+ years of experience in web design, with a strong portfolio of work that showcases your visual and technical skills.
* Strong English skills, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Solid knowledge of Framer, Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
* A passion for sleek, clean, and functional design.
Bonus Points
* Experience working with developers or low-code tools like Webflow.
* Motion design or video editing skills (even basic).
* UX/UI background.
