Key Account Manager Job Description


Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team.


As a Key Account Manager at Dida, your main responsibilities will include:



* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients through regular communication and excellent customer service skills.

* Developing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth, by identifying new opportunities and exploring ways to expand the client base.

* Conducting regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs and provide solutions that meet their objectives.

* Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.

* Preparing and presenting reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to stakeholders.



Required Skills and Qualifications:



* A background in sales or marketing with experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

* Strong influencing and negotiation skills, thriving in an autonomous working environment.

* Commercial knowledge of the travel and hospitality industries.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
