This position requires a proactive, hands-on profile with great energy to lead and develop processes that drive recruitment, development and compensation to Sales & Operations. Main responsibilities:
* Keep track of people / talent needs (recruitment, training, performance, etc)
* Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
* Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Coordinate employee training, development programs and corporate events
* Manage labor issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
* Coordinate with payroll processing and benefits administration.
* Prepare HR reports and metrics as required.
Requirements:
* Advanced English - Mandatory
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and regulations.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* São Paulo, SP - Avenida Paulista, near to MASP.
