The Role
We seek an operations specialist to monitor ongoing delivery routes and communicate with drivers and shippers over the phone and live chat. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work based on the Eastern US time zone (EST).
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify potential issues during delivery routes and take proactive steps to resolve them.
* Communicate effectively with drivers and shippers via phone and live chat to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
* Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
* Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize delivery routes and reduce delays.
