Job Responsibilities:Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital advertising, activations, event sponsorships, email marketing, and B2B marketing strategies.Develop, activate, and refine the Anker brand and value proposition, ensuring consistent reflection across all brand communications.Develop and manage the brand marketing budget to maximize return on investment (ROI).Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies—including content, creative, product, and customer service—to develop brand messaging and creative assets that resonate with target audiences.Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.Analyze and report on key performance indicators, such as customer acquisition cost, conversion rate, and customer lifetime value, to optimize campaigns and drive business results.Stay informed on industry trends and brand marketing best practices; share insights with the team to guide strategic direction.Oversee and ensure adherence to best practices, including compliance with policies, clearly defined roles and responsibilities, and company integrity and ethics standards.Ensure internal communications are timely, accurate, and relevant.Job Requirements:Over 5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.Excellent analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to inform marketing strategies.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities.A data-driven mindset with a high degree of analytical thinking.
