Patent Paralegal Project Coordinator
This is a full-time, remote position that requires exceptional organizational and leadership skills. As a Patent Paralegal Project Coordinator, you will oversee and manage patent filing requests, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and to the highest standards.
You will work closely with clients, translators, and internal teams to coordinate various aspects of patent filings, including budgeting, scheduling, docketing, document submission, and quality assurance.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience as a patent paralegal in either a law firm or corporate setting, with expertise in working with EP, PCT, and foreign applications.
Main Responsibilities:
* Preparing all documents required for patent filings.
* Initiating responses to official communications and notifications.
* Coordinating patent application filings and related correspondence.
* Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience implementing translation tools into existing workflows.
