Seeking a dedicated and proactive IT professional to deliver hands-on technical support for local infrastructure, end-users, and critical systems.
Responsibilities:
* Provide on-site support for resolving technical incidents related to infrastructure, systems, and end-user devices.
* Perform monitoring and maintenance of IT equipment and infrastructure to ensure uptime and reliability.
* Deliver desktop and user support for local staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
* Conduct preventive maintenance activities such as security checks, system health checks, and patch updates.
* Coordinate critical service requests with remote teams and external vendors as needed.
* Escalate complex incidents to higher-level support teams and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Proven experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or Desktop Engineering roles.
* Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking fundamentals, hardware, and peripherals.
* Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems and incident management processes.
* Ability to perform preventive maintenance and basic security checks.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong documentation and reporting abilities.
* Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL, Microsoft, or CCNA are a plus.
