What your new challenge will look like
As a member of the planning team, you will analyze, evaluate, and optimize transportation concepts in our customers' global supply chain networks. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Performing quantitative analyses and evaluating supply chain data, processes and networks
2. Identifying weak spots in our customers' transportation networks
3. Developing and evaluating different optimization scenarios and cost reduction initiatives
4. Implementing and developing innovative optimization concepts
5. Work very closely with our clients, using both our state-of-the-art transportation management system (iTMS) as well as customer systems
Why you belong at 4flow
6. University degree focusing on supply chain management, engineering, logistics, and/ or transportation management
7. Practical experience in transportation, demand planning or supply chain management
8. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a conceptual and structured way
9. Proficiency in MS Excel
10. Experience with Tableau is desirable
11. Fluency in English, both written and spoken
12. Strong interest in supply chain and transportation topics and an affinity for numbers
13. Motivation to work with international teams in a dynamic, exciting and virtual environment
14. Availability to work in a hybrid model at our Campinas office
