As a key player in the digital landscape, we are seeking an experienced Business Technical Services Analyst to join our team.
About the Role
This role involves establishing strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives, and providing expert support and guidance.
* To build trust with clients and develop long-term partnerships, ensuring seamless service delivery and maximum revenue growth.
* Assist in evaluating client requirements, effort estimation, and guiding them towards utilizing standard solutions for enhanced efficiency.
* Participate in converting client needs into detailed technical specifications, presenting them internally and externally while securing requirement sign-off.
* Gain knowledge of critical business impact issues from Service Desk and maintain awareness of system environments and documentation.
* Support document maintenance, records of client functionality, environment, and client-specific documentation while providing feedback to senior levels.
* Collaborate in release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project teams to ensure code releases do not negatively impact client operations.
* Execute simple project/development work plans, revising them as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs.
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and presentation.
* Advanced English language proficiency for speaking, listening, and writing.
