Key Roles and Responsibilities
The Sales Manager is responsible for spearheading growth across the LATAM region by marketing nutraceutical ingredients to the dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries.
Primary Accountabilities:
* Strategically manage and grow key accounts throughout LATAM.
* Develop and execute country- and segment-level business plans.
* Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, fostering strong relationships.
* Collaborate closely with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to drive sales.
* Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activity to remain competitive.
* Consistently meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets.
* Represent the organization at regional trade shows and industry events.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within the LATAM market.
* A deep understanding of nutraceutical ingredients and their applications.
* Proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish; English is a valuable asset.
* A self-motivated individual comfortable working remotely.
