CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Project Controls Team Leader to oversee the scope, schedule, and cost of projects while leading and developing a high-performing team of Project Administrators. This leadership role supports construction staff, such as Project Managers and Engineers, in the creation, reporting, and completion of project deliverables through the maintenance and implementation of the library of templates for contracts, specifications, and project control documents. The role requires ensuring internal and external processes, along with company policies, are communicated, understood, and followed, and conducting risk assessments to mitigate potential project risks.

Responsibilities
* Oversee project scope, schedule, and cost for projects
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Project Administrators
* Establish and implement project control strategies and processes
* Support construction staff (Project Managers and Engineers) in creating, reporting, and completing project deliverables
* Maintain and implement a library of templates for contracts, specifications, and project control documents
* Communicate and enforce company policies and processes
* Conduct risk assessments to mitigate potential project risks
Qualifications
* Associate's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in project controls, project management, or a related role
* Previous experience managing a team
* Experience with AIA, EJCDC, and MasterSpec technical specifications and contract documents
* Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
* Organized, detail-oriented, with strong multi-tasking and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement requirements, and related regulations
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., Deltek)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Certifications such as CSI (CDT, CCS, CCCA), CMAA, PMP, or other technical certifications are strongly preferred
