The ideal candidate will have a strong bias for action, be scrappy, and flexible, with excellent communication skills and experience working closely with engineers.
As a Product Designer at Mural Group, you will define and implement user-centric design solutions that drive business results. You will conduct and manage full research processes, lead usability testing sessions, gather feedback, and refine designs accordingly.
Your expertise in visual design, Figma, and portfolio development will enable you to establish and maintain a consistent design language and component library, contributing to the overall brand experience.
Responsibilities include:
* Defining and leading design experiences across three core products

* Experience designing for similar users (Nurses, Senior Care Professionals) preferred
* Strong proficiency with Figma and ability to translate requirements into simple design solutions
Work Expectations:
Our team is distributed, primarily located in North and South America. Flexibility is essential, but regular meetings require your availability during general daytime hours.
Collaboration tools used include Figma, Slack, Linear, and Notion. Although the role is full-time, you will be paid as a contractor. This requires setting up a company in Brazil or utilizing an existing one for compensation.
