We are seeking a seasoned recruitment professional to join our team in Brazil as a Senior Talent Advisor.
This strategic role requires strong stakeholder management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a background in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on recruitment and proven experience in client-facing roles.
The Senior Talent Advisor will serve as the primary point of contact between our organization and clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services. They will build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the performance of the recruitment delivery team, analyzing operational data to identify trends, and proactively solving issues to drive improvements in recruiting processes. The Senior Talent Advisor will also present insights, updates, and reports to both internal and client-side leadership in a confident and compelling manner.
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and clients. Native Portuguese and fluency in English are required, with Spanish being an added asset. Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a self-assured, professional presence are also essential.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles, with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition. Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms is highly valued, particularly in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the recruitment delivery team
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
* Oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team and ensure all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met
* Analyze operational data to identify trends and proactively solve issues to drive improvements in recruiting processes
* Present insights, updates, and reports to both internal and client-side leadership
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles
* Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, particularly in client-facing or manager-facing roles
