In this role you wi ll:Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Regulatory Operations, IT Security, QA, Validation) to meet compliance and audit readine ss.Maintain comprehensive documentation, including SOPs, user manuals, knowledge base articles, and incident lo gs.Participate in validation testing (IQ/OQ/PQ) and periodic system reviews within GxP-regulated environmen ts.Assist in system upgrades, patch testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to support uninterrupted business operatio ns.Proactively identify and drive opportunities for process automation, system optimization, and user experience enhancemen ts.Troubleshoot critical production issues, including system unavailability and data integrity issues, and propose resolutions or workaroun ds.Ability to replicate & diagnose issues using industry-standard tools and techniques (e.g., FTP, Postman, AWS Tools), and propose resolutions or workaroun ds.Provide end-to-end support (L1–L3) for Veeva RIM and Veeva SafetyDocs platforms, including issue diagnosis, resolution tracking, and proactive system monitori ng.Veeva API: Collaborated with the BOT development team to provide Veeva RIM API endpoints to facilitate automation and system integrati on.Learning Management Coordinators: Contributed to the setup of the Veeva RIM Trainings module within the eLMS Quality Suite, enabling streamlined training compliance tra ck.PleaseReview: Serve as a technical point of contact for both Standalone and Veeva-integrated PleaseReview applications, managing user access, configuration, and performance optimization and licenses manageme nt.ISI Toolbox: Support the setup and maintenance of ISI Toolbox, ensuring accurate installation, patching, and integration with other internal syste ms.Lorenz docuBridge: Manage the full lifecycle of Lorenz docuBridge, including user provisioning, license manageme nt.Lorenz iSubmit: Support the installation, configuration, and issue resolution of the iSubmit application, ensuring compliance with internal and external submission standar ds.Word Templates: Worked configuration and of the Starting Point Template application used in regulatory document workflo ws.iLovePDF: Install, configure, and troubleshoot iLovePDF and other auxiliary document processing tools for high-volume regulatory submission tas ks.ServiceNow: Be responsible for Request and Incident tickets and/or customer escalations and drive progress until resoluti on.
