Business Technical Services Analyst - Operations Support
About the Role:
This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and expectations. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to identify their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
* Evaluate client business requirements and guide them on utilizing standard solutions
* Participate in converting client requirements into detailed technical specifications
* Gain knowledge of identifying critical business impact issues from Service Desk
* Assist with document maintenance for clients' system environments
* Participate in release management between Service Desk, Compliance and Project
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design and technical presentation
* Advanced English level for speaking, listening and writing
