For a very large global financial corporation (US team)
Requirements:
· 4+ years' experience with Software Asset Management activities
· 6+ years' experience with Service Management, Service Asset & Configuration, Release, Change, Incident and Problem Management.
· 6+ years' of advanced working knowledge of commonly utilized tools: Service Now, SharePoint, MS Project, MS Office products
· Information Technology bachelor degree
ENGLISH: Advanced or fluent
Activities:
· Provide oversight for one or more Software (SW) Asset Management processes.
· Focus on managing SW assets: Software, Software License, License Key, Software Contracts, and other Critical Documentation
· Ensure that SW assets required to deliver services are properly controlled, and that accurate and reliable information about those SW assets is available when and where it is needed.
· Define software (and potentially hardware) asset management processes, document processes using process workflow and create process documentation
· Ensure that there is proper management of budget, and financial approval for new software and renewals are obtained.
