* Lead technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the project life cycle, ensuring seamless execution and meeting regional requirements in Asia.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to achieve project goals and milestones.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting professional development and adhering to best practices and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role.
* Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW) and their integration points.
* Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects is required.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
