Business Development Manager
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and developing long-term relationships with clients.
* Drive Sales Growth: Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling.
* Consultative Selling: Engage with key decision-makers in small to midsize organizations to present and position products and services, helping them meet ISO standards.
* Pipeline Development: Identify and qualify new business leads, building a continuous sales pipeline to support long-term success.
* Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring continuous business growth and repeat engagements.
* Market Trend Identification: Stay ahead of industry trends, strategizing to capture new revenue generation opportunities.
* Accurate Reporting: Provide timely and accurate sales reports, supporting business forecasting and strategy development.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will have:
* Sales Experience: At least 4 years of experience in sales.
* Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with certification industry and/or ISO standards is a plus, though not essential.
* Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong ability to negotiate, influence, and build relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
* Collaboration Mindset: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
* Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM tools like SAP and Salesforce is an advantage.
