Key Role Overview
The Product Designer Business Analyst is a crucial member of the product team, partnering with business stakeholders and solution architects to deliver value-added features for sales, marketing, and billing teams.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Assess business processes, system landscapes, and user pain points to recommend technical solutions and workarounds.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and conduct functional design sessions.
* Develop detailed functional design specifications (epics, features, user stories).
* Lead refinement sessions with cross-functional teams to review feature designs, estimate effort, and prepare for development cycles.
* Support QA and UAT test planning, execution, and bug triage.
* Present live product demonstrations and create release notes for end users.
* Contribute to sprint planning, stakeholder engagement, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
* Collaborate in change management through documentation, training, and stakeholder communication.
