The role of ServiceNow Technical Lead is pivotal in shaping the company's IT infrastructure vision and strategy. It involves making key architectural decisions for ServiceNow configuration and development, leveraging external partnerships to drive forward innovative solutions, and ensuring seamless execution of configuration, development, and administration tasks within ServiceNow.
* Fosters close collaboration with cross-functional teams including DSM ServiceNow, Enterprise Architects, and Process Owners to align with strategic objectives.
* Evaluates module usage, integrations, and platform capabilities across SPM, ITSM, ITOM, HR, VR, and custom applications.
* Guarantees that platform design adheres to best practices and avoids unnecessary customization or technical debt.
