Complex Project Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and skilled delivery leader to take ownership of cross-functional initiatives in an agile engineering environment.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires someone who enjoys taking initiative, navigating ambiguity, and driving clarity throughout the organization.
Job Responsibilities
* Own end-to-end delivery of complex projects from planning through execution and completion
* Develop and manage comprehensive delivery plans including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination
* Collaborate closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams
* Identify and mitigate risks resolve blockers and adjust plans as priorities evolve
* Facilitate working sessions stand-ups planning meetings and stakeholder workshops as needed
* Support prioritization decisions by providing delivery insights trade-offs and impact analysis
* Continuously improve delivery processes tools and ways of working to increase efficiency and predictability
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives
* Strong experience working in agile environments
* Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking
* Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders
* Strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role
* Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity
